This weeks business of the week is Brooklyn’s Pizzeria located at 4717 Highway 6 in Missouri City. The reason I love this place is for one simple reason…the PIZZA! I am a self proclaimed pizza connoisseur, so I believe that I am expert when it comes to all things regarding cheese and a doughy crust. This family run operation has been in business for over a decade and their expansion of pizzeria’s do not seem to be slowing down.
